All About Me!

Welcome to my class! I am excited about the wonderful year ahead of us.  Bradfield is an amazing place to teach and very close to home.  My husband Stephen and I live down the road in Lakewood with our daughter Abby and our son Aiden.   In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, and spending time outside with my family.

Teaching has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I can't imagine doing anything else.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Interdisciplinary Studies.  I specialized in Earth Science and Music.  I also have a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington.  My career teaching has been in Pasadena, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona, Plano, and finally I have found my wonderful home here at Bradfield.  Fourth grade is such a fun year of change and maturity.  It is a joy to watch how much your children develop and grow as learners.
