Bike Rodeo

Attention all 3rd and 4th Graders!
Grab your Bikes and Scooters. Wear your Helmet and favorite Bradfield T-shirt. And don't be late for the Bradfield Bicycle Rodeo!
October 4 - 5, 2017
What: The Bicycle Rodeo is focused on bike safety for our 3rd and 4th-grade students. Our students will hear bike safety from our neighborhood police officer, Sargent Koppa, and will have the opportunity to ride their bikes or scooters through an obstacle course designed to help them practice their safety skills. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. Bicycles Plus, located in Snider Plaza, will also be on site to do a basic equipment check on the students' bikes.
When: The Bicycle Rodeo will be held during morning Specials for 3rd and 4th graders on October 4 - 5
Where: The Bicycle Rodeo will be held on the Bradfield campus on Southern Avenue. Signs will be posted displaying each teacher's name directing students where to park their bikes and scooters that morning. Helmets will need to be brought to their lockers.
Don't Forget!
  • Wear your favorite Bradfield t-shirt.
  • Helmets are required.
  • Scooter riders are encouraged to wear pads.
  • Ensure bike tires are pumped up appropriately before coming to school.
  • Please consider using a bike lock.
