Room Moms
We hope that you will consider applying to be a Room Mom for the 2023-2024 school year!
A link to the Room Mom Interest Form will be included in the Bradfield Bulletin (eBulletin) on Sunday, August 13th. Forms must be submitted online by Thursday, August 24th at 5:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please submit one form per child.
If chosen, you will be notified by Monday, August 28th. Room Moms must attend Room Mom orientation on Wednesday, August 30th at 8:15 a.m. in the Bradfield Cafetorium or the Staff Room Mom Orientation on Friday, September 1st at 8:15 a.m. in the Bradfield Cafetorium.
Room Mom Responsibilities Include:
- Support teacher as needed with classroom requests, including soliciting volunteers
- Send communications to class parents in a timely manner as needed and when requested by PTA chairs
- Work with teacher to help coordinate student classroom parties
- Help facilitate class and grade-level parent socials throughout the year
- Distribute PTA-sponsored gifts to teachers
- Regularly check in with the teacher to see if anything is needed
