Meet the Assistant...Mrs. Lelsey
Teaching Assistant-Lesley Clover-Brown
I have been a Teaching Assistant in Pre-K/PPCD at Bradfield since 2011. I love working with our young friends! This is definitely one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had. Prior to coming to Bradfield, I have worked in a variety of fields including stay-at-home Mom, free-lance photographer, Membership Director at the Meadows Museum at SMU, substitute teacher, and various forms of art.
I was born and raised right here in the Park Cities. I went to SMU, where I earned a degree in Fine Arts, and then moved to London, England, where I lived for 20 years. I returned to Dallas in 2002 with my British husband, Robert, and our children Immy and Jon. Immy and Jon both went to Bradfield. Immy is currently attending Baylor Medical School and Jon attends UT Austin. Robert is a “Teaching Artist”. He impersonates Shakespeare, bringing the man and his times to life for audiences of all ages. He also teaches part time for a home-schooling group.
When I’m not at Bradfield, I love to sew, draw, paint, and create. I am a certified yoga instructor and enjoy teaching that as well.
One interesting bit of scoop on me – my great-grandfather was John S. Bradfield!
