The DineRite on-line system allows parents to control their child's lunch account from their computer.

In order to set up a Dine-Rite account, please contact Susan Graeber, Bradfield Cafeteria Manager, at


DineRite Capabilities:

1.  You may add money by credit card to the child's account ($75 current minimum amount).  There is a $2.75 convenience charge per transaction.

2.  You may set up an automatic charge to a credit card when your child's account drops below the preset low balance (currently $15).

3.  You may monitor your's child's account balance and lunch selection.

4.  You may set restrictions on items to be purchased.


Any DineRite charge disputes must be received by Susan Graeber in writing within 30 days of the date of the charge.  

DineRite credit card convenience fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Procedure for Outstanding DineRite Balances:

In the event your child's DineRite account becomes negative, you will be notified in writing via a mailed letter that any negative balance must be paid in full within five (5) business days or your child's DineRite account will be frozen.  In the event your child's DineRite account is frozen for non-payment of a negative balance, the account will not be reactivated until any outstanding balance is paid in full and a positive balance is established.  If a child's DineRite account is frozen for non-payment of a negative balance, no purchases may be made using the DineRite account.  Your child will need to bring cash to purchase a lunch or bring a sack lunch from home.


Request for Refund of DineRite Account Balance:

Refunds of your child's DineRite account balance can be requested by emailing  The following information must be included in the e-mail:

Student's name

Student's grade level

Parent name

Address (street, city, state & zip code)


Parents must request a refund of their child's DineRite balance by using this procedure within 90 days of their student's withdrawal from Bradfield.
