The Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees would like to thank all the parents, students, staff, elected officials and community members who attended the April 20 Meet and Greet reception to welcome HPISD's ninth Superintendent of Schools Dr. Mike Rockwood to the district and to the Park Cities community. Trustees unanimously named Dr. Rockwood as the next superintendent during a called board meeting April 18. His official first day as acting superintendent is May 27.
