We were thrilled to have a visit from our furry Golden Retriever friend, George. George and his handler volunteer with Pet Partners and visit sick patients at Children’s Medical Center. We learned about the very rigorous training process that a dog must go through in order to become a therapy dog and we learned about the many ways a therapy dog can help people with special needs. We were thrilled that George would take time out of his busy schedule to come spend time with us and teach us about his work and we thank him for signing autographs to commemorate the visit.
